I am Krystal Epp Carter and I am so thrilled to experience the I AM in every person I encounter. Each person is a treasure and when paths cross, even briefly, and especially with investment, it is an honor to witness life within and uniquely expressed.

I am honoring

I am married to my love Jason, and mother to our four dynamic daughters. We are a homeschooling family who enjoys hiking and playing in nature, music and dance parties, and quality time with family and friends.

I am inspired

I have been surrounded by strong and tender hearted women, who have made space for me to step into my power and vulnerability as an individual and as a mother,  and I desire to expand that sacred circle to help others feel supported and empowered in their capabilities as women to grow, hold space, nourish and nurture.

I am supported

I have always been fascinated by science, and specifically the human body, emotions and how they connect.  When I became pregnant with my first baby, I experienced the wonder of creating life and the miraculous, and sometimes challenging expansion of my body and mind while growing a whole new body. And my perspective on life changed.   She was born, and I was re-born in every way.  And with each baby, my heart expanded and I was born anew.

I am empowered and expanded

I have experienced four unique labors and births, including two hospital births and two home births, unmedicated, medicated, vaginal,  cesarean and a vbac.  There was wisdom and growth in my experiences and I was empowered in and through each one. 

I am dynamic and in the flow

The journey for expanding families is just as unique as they are. Pregnancy presents differently with each person, labor and birth unfold through brilliance and mystery, and postpartum is navigated through uncharted waters. 

I am inclusive and supportive

My aim is to see and hear the women in front of me and to honor their voices!  What a privilege it is to understand, empathize, encourage and empower women and their families on this wild, beauty filled ride of life!
